How to use this system

This effective training program is built by following a systematic five-step process. Each step is designed to teach your body, mind, and spirit to become knowledgeable, flexible, and relaxed—or alert in highly stressful environments. This process also teaches you how to stop resisting life and embrace everything as it is. In a nutshell, within the environment, we will always face limitations where our path bottlenecks into a specific event that must be passed in order to move forward. In this process, the limitation (bottleneck) could be the practitioner (you), your self-discipline or the process. Ultimately, whichever limitation you face needs focus and attention, so you can reach your end goals more quickly and efficiently.

You only need to focus on the three limitations (practitioner, self-discipline, and process) and nothing else. Once you break one limitation, you can move on to the next. Limitations are important factors because they allow you to optimize the process, which helps you to determine the best response for the environment.
