The five-steps for practitioners
Step #1 (How to use this system):
In this step, you will learn the three limitations (the practitioner, self-discipline, and the process). Once you break the first limitation, you will move on to the next. Limitations are important factors. They allow you to optimize your skillset and abilities as you move through the process, which is crucial in determining the right response for the situation and environment.
Step #2 (The practitioner - My realization in life):
Before processing any thoughts, you must condition your mind to enjoy the moment, gain confidence in it, let go of anger, and be aware of your surroundings through your senses. Only then can you merge your thoughts with your body's response by imagining your next action and acting upon it.
Step #3 (Self-Discipline - The world as we know it):
Like a clock used to mark time, changes in your environment mark the effect on the practitioner, which creates a rate (momentum) by giving a regular tick. The rate of the tick depends on your willpower to produce a steady and predictable forward momentum.
Step #4 (The Process - Let’s simplify our world, which is our responsibility):
You are always in “no place in time.” Only the occurrences of steady momentum that repeat over and over again are perceptible by the senses. In other words, we observe repetitive events with our senses and record the changes in our environment to more accurately predict the future.
Step #5 (Let’s reset our self-destructive actions by living in the “now”):
By becoming aware of our environment, we learn to recognize every opportunity and can put strategies in place to take advantage of them. Whether or not we notice, our environment is overflowing with opportunities waiting to be explored.
